Roof Jumper Misses Water

A MAN who tried to jump from the roof of a house into a swimming pool knocked himself unconscious when he landed on concrete.
The Stanwell Park man, 20, was flown to hospital with critical head injuries. Emergency officers rushed to the scene about 6pm on Saturday, where he was unconscious. NRMA CareFlight helicopter medics said the man was given general anaesthetic. The chopper landed in a park where trauma doctors joined ambulance paramedics. The man was placed on a mobile intensive care module after revival attempts failed. He was in a serious condition in St George hospital yesterday.
